In the next 12 months, I am going to have to buy a Chrysler Grand Voyager (Town & Country) for the ever expanding family.

We're looking at British 2002 models (the version that I think launched in the US in 2003).

For the last seven years we have both driven 1994 British Ford Granada Scorpios (Sold as Merkur Scorpio in the US from 1987-1989).

We want the same spec level, so will need to go for the Limited.

I will be looking after this vehicle myself, as I have the Granadas - everything from changing bulbs to overhauling auto boxes.

For the Granada, I am a member of this forum ... http://granada-and-scorpio-online.com/forums/ where my username is also afrance. The technical knowledge on the Granada fourm is excellent.

What is the technical side of this forum like? How in depth is it? Does anyone know the differences between the European and US models? Is there a European forum for these cars?

Once I get this car sometime in 2008, I will need help! ( I also have the US Chilton Manual for the Caravan/Voyager/Town & Country 2003-2006.)

Regards,
Anthony

Hello Moe, sure wish some one could shed some light on my auto door lock problem. Chryler Tech tried to help me out , been back to the dealer three times. They have flashed , reset , reprogramed the bcm and still the locks work for one day then quit. Thanks

Thank you Moe.

Does anyone know what are the differences between US and European models? Are there any significant differences, or is it just bumpers, grilles, lights etc.?

On the Granada forum, you can buy the Ford parts catologue CD, the Ford wiring diagrams and workshop manuals - is that sort of information available here for the Grand Voyager?

Regards,
Anthony

Well I did it - last weekend got a 2001 (new shape) Grand Voyager Limited. Will get to drive it home this weekend I hope.

My question about parts catalogues / technical literature still stands. Is it possible to get the Chrysler parts catalogue on CD?

Regards,
Anthony

Thank you - I have the 3.3L petrol V6.

Does anyone know of a UK / European forum for these cars?

Regards,
Anthony
