Default 1991 New Yorker

Hi all, new member here. I have a question about replacing the power steering lines on a 1991 New Yorker with the 3.3l engine. It's my neighbors new project car that he needs help with. I haven't personally seen it yet but he's picking it up this weekend. He said it needs both steering lines replaced. To be honest I don't have much experience with these cars, (I'm actually a GM mechanic). Are these hard to replace? Since I'm doing this at his house I don't have access to a lift so can it be done on the ground or on jack stands?

Thanks for your time and help!
