My Concorde's blower is running full blast. I cant adjust the speed nor can I turn it off only when I turn the car off it will stop. I thought first that the control unit on the dashboard is bad and replaced it but no change. Does someone had that problem and what needed to be fixed for the blower to be functioning normal.
