1999 Chrysler Concorde lxi speakers

While trying to install new speakers, I ran into difficulty when trying to access the front speaker on the dashboard. Does any one know any easy way to get to the front speaker without removing the radio?

ummm the radio does not have a speaker on it. U either have 3 on the top of the dash or 2 in each door. Either way the radio does not come out.

Top center speaker: Remove the trim on both A posts, just pull to the center of the car. Next slip a credit card or small plastic pry tool under the panel and ease it up.
All parts just clip on.
