the output speed sensor is for the spedo hence the word OUTPUT
is the output the cause of all the problems then
I cant tell u that U have not told me any codes in the computer
reply
well the speed sensor got the speedometer to start working and got it out of second gear.the only code that comes up now is map/baro ckt high imput still dies out on me i replaced that a few weeks ago and it was a new part.any assistance would be great
repeat
I cant tell u that U have not told me any codes in the computer |
the one code now is p0108
map sensor issue
before i bought a new one it read low input i replaced it and now says high input
I replaced the Map sensor in it and put some heet in the fuel tank.it started up last night but not at first and this morning then it died on me again.any suggestions im still getting the p0108 code
now U need a volt meter U will have 2 wires that will have 5v and one that has a ground with the key on see which U are missing
hopefully last question.i checked the housing that plugs into the map sensor i have 3 wires and one of them is loose would that be causing the problem
possible in a sense u would be loosing a 5v or a ground if it was not touching the connector
and if im losing that voltage that would lead to it dying out? what would be the best way to secure it
if the clip that hold the wire into the connector is broken then U replace the whole connector U can get wire repair kits from Chrysler parts dept.
