Does anyone know a way i can get to this speaker to replace it?
I cant seem to figure it out.

check out a chilton manual for your car. it should tell you how to take off anything. they're about 25 bucks in most auto stores but you'll prolly use it again and it will end up paying for itselt.

autozone.com may have a diagram for it too

 

First pull off the plastic molding on the side of the windshield. It prys off with constant pressure. then you can pop off the black panel at the base of the windshield and the speaker is right there. You must use an "s" screwdriver to remove the screws.
