2002 Concorde Electrical Problem

I bought my son a 2002 Concorde Limited. He has driven it for a couple of days the had the following problems: A/C will not come on, windows will not go up or down, turn signals will not work, brake light is on. Even though windows do not work the sun roof does. Every thing was working okay until he turned the A/C down and then later tried to turn it back up. Any idea what could be wrong?:(

Sounds like a ground issue or a few completely separate problems. All of the window controls route through the master switch so it may be defective. U-pull is the cheapest alternative. The brake light could be the switch behind the pedal. It can be reset by depressing the pedal with your hand and pulling the " button " toward you...just a few clicks, then release the pedal. Turn signals could be the multi function switch and ac could be the ATC head. Or you may have to replace the dash harness.

All of these functions (A/C, windows, brake dashboard light and turn signals) stopped working all at the same time. What are the odds of all those different parts (master switch, u pull, brake pedal switch and multifunction switch) going out at the exact same time. Everything was working until the A/C was turned down because it was too cold. When it was turned back up to cool it down again then all of the functions shut off. Could doing that effect all of the different parts listed above at the exact same time?

First thing I would try is checking all the fuses. Then if they are okay, change the master window switch. The windows is the " which one doesn't belong " of the problem. All of the other things connect to the dash wiring harness.

Had the same problem with my 94 Concord. Drove 60 miles in the middle of the summer (95 degrees) No AC or windows. Paid $60.00 for a diagnosis. Turned out to be the ignition switch. Cheap fix

This happen to my 02 Concorde. It was ignition switch issues. Not completely resolved though...car still sings when I open driver door regardless of keys being in ignition or lights being on. Also, still no a/c.
