2004 condorde ambient air temp sensor

I am working on my gf Condorde and it's throwing a code for the ambient air temp sensor, AC doesn't work and it's giving a constant -40 outside are temp,

I want to replace it and I can't find it, anyone know where it is on this car?

front of the car between the grill it needs open space to measure air temp
