300M flickering lights / limp mode

I have a 2002 300M Special with 46,000 miles on it and she recently went into limp mode. I changed the i/o sensors and changed the fluid/filter hoping it would fix it and of course, it didn't. Now I'm looking for a reman valve body for replacement. Here's where things get weird. Tonight I was working in the garage with the car parked right in front of it and all of a sudden, the headlights and fogs start flashing intermittently. I'm not gonna lie... it scared me a bit. Anyway, I was wondering if you guys think the limp mode and the lights turning on could be related somehow. I recently changed the battery also. I hate to say it, but I'm about ready to sell this car. I don't have time to be troubleshooting electrical and tranny issues. Plus it's my wife's car and I need it to be obviously reliable. I appreciate any and all input yall may have. Oh, does anyone know where I can get that valve body for a decent price. Thanks a bunch.

Mike

I did. I first took it over to Autozone. I then cleared them and had them checked at one of the more reputable local transmission repair shops. All the codes pointed to the solenoid pack. After some research with my codes, I found that some folks replaced the pack then found that the valve body needed replacement. I also found that a few replaced the i/o sensors and changed the filter/fluid and corrected the issue. I did that to alleviate the basics. Unfortunately at the moment I don't have the funds to take the car in and have it repaired so I'll be doing the work and I'm not a trans guy.
