Default How to remove lower cladding (LHS)

I recently got into a fender bender, and am trying to remove the lower cladding (the part BELOW the outside of doors, that comes up and covers a small part of the wheel well on the front of the car).

It has they little black pins that hold it in place, and I can't figure out how to remove them. There are two on behind the wheel, and one inside the door sill. Are they reusalbe? This is my last hang up before I can get this thing out. I am about to drill them out, but don't konw how what to use to replace them.

ok, after some poking around...

they are plastic rivets. I had to drill them out, and buy a rivet gun from harbor freight. 14.99 later, I have some very OEM looking attched fender/wheel wells.
