95 Concord no start

Hello,

I have a 95 Concord 3.3L 90k miles that will not start. When it is cranking the low oil pressure light comes on, and stays on, while ignition is on.

I have replaced\checked the following:

Crank sensor: new
Cam sensor: new
Spark Plugs: new
Spark Plug wires: new
Coil pack: new
PCM: different one from junkyard: no change
Getting spark: yes
Fuel pressure: checked at around 50 psi
Tried starting while in neutral: no change
Battery charged: yes
MAP sensor: disconnected no change
ASD: not checked yet
O2: not checked yet
Coil pack: Getting 12V at B+
Codes: 12 (because battery was disconnected) and 55 (end of codes)
Oil pressure sending unit: Plan to change.
Fuel filter: Plan to change
Oil and oil filter: Plan to change

When I pulled the plugs after trying to start it, they are wet with fuel, probably because it is cold out 40F and it is a rich mixture at start up.

Any ideas would be very helpful.

Thanks
Chuck (a newbie)
