98 Concorde starter prob (maybe)

Hi,

My daughter has a 98 Chrysler concorde Lxi and believes she needs the starter replaced. Is there a cheat way of checking the codes for this car, and also is there some way of downloading the shop repair manual for this car.

No codes for starter issues.
Can read codes by doing the "key dance"
Key On/Off/on/off/on and the odo will display codes.
FSM can be found on line with a little searching.
