99 Concorde 3.2 Revs and stays high when starting
 

Just did valve cover gasket and got everything back together everything plugged back in all vacuum lines hooked up. So when i went to start it after i did the gaskets the car starts and acts like i have my foot on the pedal and rpms dont drop back down just keep raising. throttle cables are not stuck at all. im not sure what to look at next. Any help would be appreciated.
