99 LHS passenger rear door removal

Are there fasteners behind the wood trim on the passenger rear door?

There are 5 screws and 3 friction clips that you have to give a very hard yank to dislodge them. I have removed a lot of Ford truck and Chev truck door panels, these were by far the hardest clips to remove.
