I will assume you have the control arm disconnected and the axle stub shaft out of the wheel hub. The easiest way to pop the axle out of the transaxle is to a long punch and a hammer or a long pry bar. Put the long punch up against the inner tripod closest to the trans and give it a shape hit with the hammer. Should just pop out. I have never had one give me any trouble.

yea i got it lastnight...i found my haneys book and it told my how to do it... i had a black concorde that has a blown engine and i took that axle out it all came out real easy and then i have a purple one and that one was a bitch i couldnt get the outside axle out of the hub untill it pissed me off and i started beating it with a hammer and i got it then i couldnt get it out of the transaxle so i didnt the same there beat the hell out of it with a hammer and long pry bar then i put it back together and she all works really nice.... so i got a car again after 2 1/2 months without one i am so happy now:) but thats for the unput....
