Belt tensioner replacement

I need to replace the belt tensioner on a 1991 new yorker with a 3.3l v6. Does anyone know the best way to do this? It seems to sit under the alternator, but the bolt seems hard to get at.

Did you ever figure it out?

Currently working on my fiance's 91 New Yorker Salon and cant find anything of help.
