Faulty EGR valve - 1996 Concorde 3.5 L

I have a 1996 Chrysler Concorde 3.5 L engine with error code P0401 - hence faulty EGR valve. If I install a vacuum gauge into the Electronic EGR Transducer (EET) vacuum line, and start the engine, what would be the proper amount of vacuum pressure that the EET should be receiving?

EET vacuum pressure

My car is an LXi 1996 Chrysler Concorde with 3.5 L V6 OHC 24-valve engine.

The Haynes Repair Manual says the 3.5 L engine should have 39 psi with the regulator vacuum hose attached, and 48 psi with the regulator vacuum hose disconnected. The fuel injector resistance should be 12.4 ohms.

And, the Haynes Repair manual says if I start the engine and apply 5 in-HG of vacuum to the EGR valve, with the engine at idle speed, the idle speed should drop considerably or even stall as the vacuum is applied.

Now, if I install a vacuum gauge into the Electronic EGR Transducer (EET) vacuum line, and start the engine, what would be the proper amount of vacuum pressure the EET should be receiving?

Should it be less than 5 in-HG of vacuum pressure, or should it be 15 to 20 in-HG, or should it be 25 inches of mercury?
