how do you tighten power steering hoses?
 

I have a 2000 Concorde 2.7 and it is leaking power steering fluid from somewhere near the pump (it is hard to tell where because the fan blows the fuid) and so I thought the first thing to try would be to tighten the hoses. But it seems so tight that I don't know if I can get a wrench in there. Do people tighten it from the top of the engine, and just reach down.. or do you have to go through the wheel well on that model (or do it from underneath)? I'd hate to start taking the whole car apart just to find out later that there is some trick to doing this. Any ideas?
