knock sensor location

Where is (are) the knock sensor(s) located on a 2002 Concorde limited 3.5 HO?

Under the lower intake manifold, center of the valley in the block. Wire runs out the rear near the throttle body. If you need to replace it wiper covers, strut tower brace, upper intake (plenum) fuel injectors and rail, lower intake manifold must be removed to expose the sensor.
Very rare failure rate.

Thanks Firem! I've come across a 02 special for a reasonable sum. The CEL is on and that is the code that comes up with the key dance. I'm thinking it is a circuit issue rather than the sensor itself but have not had the chance for a through inspection yet.
