NEED HELP! 1993 chrysler concorde problems
 

hello, i have a 1993 chrysler concorde. i have quite a few prolems with it. For starters, sometimes while driving it will just shut down. sometimes it kicks back on with the check engine light on, others it just dies. Most of the time it starts back up and runs fine. Other times it won't start back up for a few minutes. and sometimes the check engine light comes on but then it is gone the next time i start the car. When it is not shutting down on me, sometimes my car gets stuck in first gear. i can only go about 35mph. the rpms and the speedometer both rise slowly as i push on the gas. so then i have to pull over and shut off my car and start it back up and usually then it works. also, my car runs at a real low rpm. after driving and i come to a stop it runs at about 500-700rpms. PLEASE help me!

My '94 does the same thing occasionally. What engine do you have in it? I have the 3.3

Me too sometimes. I have a '93 Concorde w/3.5.

Have you put your car on a diagnostic test? Maybe can be some sort of sensor.
might you need to higher your idling & get a tune up. maybe combustion chamber. How many miles do you have
