Park/Neutral Safety Switch-How To Replace

My parents have a 2004 Concorde and it is difficult to start. It cranks just fine but you have to switch between park and neutral several times before it will start. I'm thinking that the park/neutral safety switch is bad and want to replace it but I have no idea where it's at. Does anyone know where it is and what's involved with replacing it? Or does anyone know if the Haynes Manual for the Concorde up to 2003 would be applicable to a 2004 Concorde? If so, I'll just get that and I'm sure the info for this procedure is in there. Thanks in advance.

Kevin
