Possible tranmission issues...

Hi, I have a 2004 Concorde LX with a 2.7 liter engine. It has an intermitent issue, ussually when first started. It will have problems accelerating, the best way I can describe it as it feels "flat" when you get on the gas. It will ussually chug its way up to around 30-40 KM/H. I don't want to push the gas very hard while it has this issue, I just keep a steady pressure on the gas and it will either all of a sudden start to accelerate normally from that speed, or the engine light will start to flash at which point I pull over and shut it off for a few minutes. Ussually once restarted, it will be fine. It has gone weeks at a time without this issue and then it comes back. The reason I assume transmission and not engine is because while it is having the issue, it is still running smooth, the engine is not rumbling and stalling out or anything.

I do also have an engine light on and the codes read "random misfire, o2 sensor, and evaporative emissions"

I have the car going into the shop soon to have it looked at, I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered similar issues, and what this might cost to fix... if it can be fixed without rebuilding/changing the engine or transmission.

Thanks for any help!
