Ticking in the steering wheel.

Not sure how else to discribe it, there is a small tick in the steering wheel when going under 30mph. Does not matter if it's straight or turning it ticks. When it's stopped it ticked and you can see the wheel move 1 or maybe 2 mm to the left. This just started a few days ago and I just got done getting a full body allignment done. what could be causing this?

2000 Chrysler Concord Lxi, 3.2L V6.

By ticking, do you mean twitching? Like moving?

Yes, it makes a noise like a tick, and it moves just a little bit, if i'm stopped it looks like it's moving maybe 1 or 2 mm.
