I upgraded my radio to a Chrysler touchscreen version radio and I cannot get it to work. I know the radio worked before I tried to install it. As well I don’t have the vin number that it came out from. I recently purchased it from a junkyard. It shuts down my car EVERYTIME I connect it. Can anyone help me out? If I get a code I don’t know where to enter it as I can only get the cd/dvd player to open. I cannot get it to show anything on the screen. Please help if able. Thank you, Tabitha.
