Question Keep rear camera and AV out when replacing radio with aftermarket?

I have a 2015 Town & Country Touring. This has a uConnect 430 touchscreen audio system, DVD in the ceiling and a backup camera, but no bluetooth or navigation. I would like to replace it with an aftermarket unit that has bluetooth and wireless Android Auto.

Is it possible to retain the stock rear view camera when installing an aftermarket stereo? How about the DVD playback? This is assuming that the aftermarket unit has a backup video input, and an A/V output.

This is the stereo I was considering installing:

Any tips or tricks? Anything I should be looking for or avoiding?
