I purchased a My Gig radio for my new 2008 T&C from a guy on e-bay. He upgraded to the one with navigation. Anyway, The unit will not boot up. It has power and the face will retract and close for the CD but that's it....What did I do wrong? Any advise?

 

how do you upgrade them? i got the ren system off ebay also and had it installed by the dealer and it works fine. Cost me $100 to get it done though.
