.....and I have the VIN for my new Pacifica—-it has been built and is apparently sitting on a storage lot in Canada. Neither the dealership I ordered through, or any of the 6 others I called across the country, admit to knowing when the 2021s will arrive in their showrooms. Is this unusual—the delay in releasing these vehicles—or is FCA trying to get rid of more 2020s before bringing in the new model? It seems like with snow on the way, there would be a rush to get the new AWD minivans out there for purchase.
