02 Sebring convertible engine in a 08 Sebring sedan?

I have an 08 Sebring LX Sedan 2.4l in need of a new engine. Would the 2.4l engine in a 02 convertible fit?

I believe the 08 is the "world motor" and is a timing chain design, while the 02 is a timing belt design with MUCH differences in intake and sensor and possibly alternator mounting.
Would be best to find an 08 -14 motor.
