03 sebring brake light trouble

Gentlemen,
I have an 03 sebring lx 4dr with brake light trouble. The center light works below the spoiler but the outer two don't. The bulbs & fuses are good but not getting a signal to them. I've followed the wire up to the rear of the interior fuse box to a yellow plug in. It tested ok. If I had a wiring diagram it would help a bunch. I think it was a black w/yellow stripe that powered them. A yellow plug makes me concerned about the air bag circuit. I just installed new rotors and pads but was told this problem was already there. This shouldn't have anything to do with the problem. So any help is appreciated.

The black and yellow powers the tail light. The white/tan powers the stop lamp. There are two separate white/tan wires coming off the junction block (inside fuse box). One goes to the center high mounted stop lamp, the other feeds the brake lamps in the tail lights.

The bulbs have separate filaments in them for the two different functions. Just because the tail lights light up, it doesn't mean the filament for the stop lamp is good.

I got it!

Gentlemen, Sorry it took so long to reply. Thanks all especially dcotter0579. I knew there was seperate filaments (tail/brake) but what I assumed was that the new bulb I installed during testing was good and it wasn't. I even tried the bad bulb in both fixtures coming up with the same result. After your message for some reason I grabbed the other bulb from the package this time and all was good. The only thing was during testing I put my meter on the hot brake wire to ground but never got power which threw me off at the time. But thanks again.
