I have a 2003 sebring, it make a loud humming nosise or growl, only when it is moving, i replace both front bearings, when i jack it up it makes no noise at all had the tires rotated and still makes the noise,

 

I have the same problem on an 02. Did you find out what the issue was?

I also replace both hubs and the driver side half shaft. Thinking about doing the other, but this is not the typical signs of a bad 1/2 shaft.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

 

Maybe rear hubs? From inside the car it's not easy to tell whether the noise is from the front or rear. Might want to find a wide, quiet stretch of road and have a buddy drive along side with the window down to try to pinpoint the source.
