04' Chrysler Sebring climate issues

My 04' sebring convertible has a variety of climate issues. First it starts off that my A/C kicks on and off and works when it wants, the heat only works for the first 5-10 mins. of driving, as of a couple days ago when set on certain modes it will automatically switch to defrost. I am also experiencing the "foam" coming from the vents many sebring drivers are experiencing but i think its irrelevant to this issue. Ive read that you can reset the system by removing the IOD fuse but im not sure on the process of removing and replacing the fuse? If anyone knows how i can reset the system by using this process please let me know. Ive been dealing with this climate control issue for a while now and i would really like to get it fixed.
