Hi i have a 04 sebring that has 74k on it. it sputters and acts like it going to stall when i am at a stop sign, taking off from a stop sign, or accelerating anywhere from a stop, and it worse when my a/c is on. I cant figure out what it is! HELP!!

I have a 2007 Sebring and it too is doing the same thing. I purchased it from a whole seller. I took it to the dealer a few times and they could not recognize the problem. They wanted to keep it over night so that the computer would register the issue. I refused because I didn't have other transportation. I have notice another vehicle Chrysler 300 at a stop light do the exact same thing. But the driver continued on because it is like me the norm with my vehicle. Only my vehicle does it every now and again. Sometimes it will shut off while stop at a light.

Could be the idle air control motor. It's a device that connects to the throttle and opens it a touch to allow a little more air in when neccessary, such as when the A/C kicks in. You need to get some proper diagnostics by hooking it up to your dealer's computer.
