Not sure about your model, but typically, I would expect to find it in the power distibution center under the hood (fuse box). Look at the underside of the cover for a legend as to what's what in there. Same thing for the fuse box inside the car.

You cant Find it, because it isnt in there.....

You have a TIPM....all relay Functions are performed by "SOLID STATE Drivers" inside the TIPM

Depending on which engine is in the vehicle, you may be able to access ASD in a seperate Relay block, But there Is no FUEL PUMP RELAY .

The problem that I'm having is that it seems like the gas is not getting to the engine. I turn the key and it acts like it wants to start but it don't. I put like 2gallon of gas or 1 in it but it don't seem to be hitting the engine. Now I woke up one day and gave it battery and i turned the key and it seemed like it was going to start when i kept pressing down the gas but it couldn't keep up maybe like it wasn't getting enough gas. should i try putting more gas?

If you suspect a fuel problem, try shooting a little starting fluid into the intake and see if it catches.
A better method would be to hook up a code reader and see if there are any fault codes stored.
