I've just swapped the thermostat and it's housing on my wife's Sebring but now I'm noticing a pressure issue coming from the lower side of the housing it leaks when I do a pressure test. Any ideas how to fix without breaking the cheap plastic housing?

 

probably got the gasket on wrong.

 

You replaced only the thermostat and not the housing or replaced both your wording is abit off
