1996 chrysler sebring convertible 2.5l mfi 6cyl

need help i have a 1996 chrysler sebring convertible 2.5l mfi 6cyl it runs grate wene cold but wene it warmes up it acts like its overloading with fuel ran test code came back as /P1768 cant find wat it is
