1996 chrysler sebring lx problems

 I have a 1996 chrysler sebring lx with thw 2.o mt, it surges whether your driving or sitting in the driveway, I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, pcv valve, spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, cmp sensor, ckp sensor, and it all helped in the way it runs but it still surges at 4,000-4,500 and 6,000-6,100, anything to help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

How many miles on the car? Has the cat ever been changed? And are you getting an codes for o2 sensors or cat?

Have you tested for a vacuum leak around the intake, and intake gasket to the head?
Could have a cracked intake or collapsed gasket?

It sounds to me like the IAC. I had to change mine at 100K. It had the same symptoms.
