2000 Sebring JXI convertible electrical problem

I have a 2000 Sebring JXI convertible that the dash panel randomly stops working as well as the control for the top. It will work usually after sitting overnight but when you drive a little and shut the car off it stops working again. Dealership can't find a code. Any ideas?

Check the chrysler sebring convertable clubwww. sebring club.net they have a how to on the site to fix the problem
