2000 Sebring's Alarm goes off randomly! Help!

My 2000 sebring lxi two door not convertible sounds its alarm everytime a door is opened. The panic button does not shut it off nor do any other buttons! I am driving down the road with my horn honking and lights flashing. This is a factory alarm. Is there any way I can disable it or the horn or do anything?! Perhaps the fuse, wherever that is? Help!

Thanks so much

Let's try to make sure that some simple thing is not causing this:
I assume you are not reaching through an open window to unlock/open the door now that warmer weather is here. That sort of thing will cause the alarm to sound by design.
Does the remote keyless entry fob work normally to lock/unlock the doors and trunk? If so, we can rule out a dead or almost dead battery.
Does the car have a security key? If so, do you carry it on a ring with other security keys or a whole lot of keys? That can confuse things.
Try locking the car using only the mechanical button on the window sill, not the electric switch or the key. That should result in the alarm not arming and therefore not going off when the door is opened.
Try disconnecting the car's battery and leaving it off for a minute or two. That might reset the computer's brain and cure the problem.
