Default 2001 Sebring LXI Engine Swap Question

Hello all,
This is my first post here so forgive me for such a stupid question.
My brother has a 2001 Sebring LXI with the 2.7L V6. It needs a new
engine, and we dont want to go with another 2.7L. Has anyone done
a write up or can give me a link explaining which motors will swap
in (bolt up)? I'm looking at the 2.4L 4cyl. What issues will I encounter?
Do the motor mounts bolt up? Transmission(Its an auto)? Anything else I need to worry about?
I searched briefly but didnt find anything so I thought I'd ask.
Sorry if this is a repost.
