2002 Sebring No Gear Engagement

5spd Sebring Conv't fails to engage in either froward or reverse gears! Clutch does NOT smell burnt, pedal return is crisp, fluid level(s) accurate & fresh! Seeking TECHNICAL information re: Clutch Hydraulic Design, Shifter Linkage & common or similar related conditions! Preliminary research finds NO bleeding possible for this design; is this true?
