2003 Sebring MPH Arrow jumps

I have a 2003 Chrysler Sebring. I replaced the engine and now on the cluster my MPH arrow jumps up when i start the car. When i put it in drive it will shoot back an forth to 100mph then when i drive its fine. What might be the issue?:confused:
