Is there a way to disarm it, Battery Issue.

anyone know if there is a fuse that controls that or any other way to turn it off completlely. If so which fuse to pull out, under the hood or the side panel near the front door.

Try locking the door with the mechanical lock buttons on the top of the door rather than with the electrical buttons or the remote key fob. That won't "disarm" the alarm but it should be a way to lock the car without "arming" it.
