2004 Sebring Conv 2.7L Engine light and Transmission leak
 

Engine light show after about 5 miles driving. It stays during slow driving or stop and disappear at faster speed. There were no diagnostic engine code. The car drives fine, good power and no unusual noise. It is doing the same for last 1 year. Recently noticed transmission leak. Not sure whether these two things are connected. Any advice is appreciated.

how are u getting the codes?

Is that the check engine light or is it the oil pressure light? If the check engine light is on there will be a code. The oil pressure light might come on at idle speed and go out at higher engine speeds. A leaking oil pressure sender is a known problem, so is a leaking solenoid pack on the transmission.
These things don't fix themselves and can lead to very serious problems if you ignore them, like for a year or so. Get it looked at if you can't figure it out yourself.

Oil light only. NO check engine light. I will replace the oil pressure switch. Again the car is driving fine. I found some transmission fluid on garage floor. does it give an idea to find the location of the leak? Transmission Fluid is everywhere under the car. Is there any trick to locate the leak? thanks for your comment.

Get some engine de-greaser and wash down the transmission as well as you possinly can. If you remove the air filter housing you can get to the tranmission much better. Try to get underneath as well. Then observe the transmission for a few days to see if you can spot where the leak is coming from. Search the forum here for several discussions about replacing the solenoid pack. There is also plenty of information out on the internet concerning the solenoid pack for your transmission. The transmission is called the 41TE.
Another possible source of transmission fluid leak are the cooler lines. You'll spot them when you remove the air cleaner box. Trace them up to where they go into the radiator. You may need to take out the headlight to get in there.
As for the oil light switch, go over to the Chrysler Sebring Convertible Club forum and search there for a how-to complete with pictures.
