2006 Sebring w/ low miles -- recommended maintenance?
Before I get bamboozled by the dealer, I thought I'd check with the experts here... What kind of maintenance would be recommended for my husband's 2006 Sebring convertible with only 24k miles? It seems to me that due to age perhaps more than just the scheduled oil change would be necessary.
FWIW:
1) the car has been driven consistently 2k miles/year; it's had a few oil changes.
2) the air bag light has been on for some time (that's why I'm taking it to the dealer)

Wow. You completely missed the point of my question.
According to the owner's manual, my car with 24k miles should have had 48 oil changes. Forty-eight! But virtually no inspections would be required yet, even though the car is 12 years old. Clearly the owner's manual is not written for ultra-low mileage cars in mind.

mmmm no 48 oil changes not likely 3k miles OR 3 months is an average. So what you want is to have someone look at it because your not able to do so. Can anyone on here tell that condition of the coolant mmm nope see there if there are leaks nope see condition of brake pads nope again. All should be performed by someone looking at the car.
