2006 Sebring limp mode.

It's saying there's low power to the tcm. I new the battery was old so I changed it but that didn't make a difference. I checked my grounds and everything was tight. 112k on the bash.

What exactly are the codes retrieved? Are you sure you have them all? Have you checked the simple and obvious things like fluid level and quality? Just because a ground wire is tight doesn't necessarily mean that it's a good ground. There can be corrosion. You might need to loosen the connection, wiggle the connector to break up the corrosion and re-tighten.

I did get a new battery on Sunday so there's a code for that. I had a new tranny filter and fluid installed during the summer. And I know about the misfire I have a new coil and wires, I'll be getting the Sparks tomorrow.

The P0700 code is just a general code indicating that the TCM has one or more error codes stored in it. You need a sophisticated code reader to drill down to those codes. The usual parts store code reader will not be able to do that. If you google the P0882 code you can find quite a bit of information about it.

Since the car is able to be driven, you might want to consider taking it to a reputable transmission shop for diagnosis and an opinion. If they say the TCM needs to be replaced, your best bet would probably be to find a source on the internet that exchanges car computers and deal with them.
