2008 sebring going crazy

hello new to this forum a couple of years ago i bought my daughter a 2008 sebring it is a v6 i do not know the size of the engine at this moment because the car is at the dealer because i took the dealer to court and the judge wants the dealer to try to fix it one more time before she make a decision the car had 8000 miles on it still is under warranty well for the past year we have been having a problem she was driving home from school on the express way she said she was doing about 65 when all of the sudden all the lights on the dash started flashing the car lost power but did not shut off but it would not run over 20 miles an hour she pulled of to the side of the road the car still running but no power all the light on the dash turned off but one it looks like a lightning bolt i went and picked the car up towed it home put it on my tester and it had no codes started the car and it ran fine for about 5 miles and it did the same thing being that the car is still under warranty i took it to the dealer they also found no codes they kept it for a week and it drove fine i picked it up and didn't make it out of the dealers parking lot it did the same thing took it back to them they seen what it was doing and said they changed the computer i drove it for 2 days and it did the same thing to make the story short the car has been back to the dealer 10 times and they have yet to fix the problem it does not show any codes at all and the only thing i see is that light on the dash that looks like a lightning bolt does anybody have any ideas as to what might be the problem it is a nice car i bought her another car but I'm stuck with this one at least till the judge decides weather the dealer has to give me my money back on the car or replace it with another or do nothing at all and i'll have to keep it and try to repair it my self

Punctuation is way overrated.
