Default 2010 Sebring Fuel Pump issues

I have a 2010 Sebring Limited that will run for a short while and die. Right before it dies I hear the fuel pump
shut off. I pulled the backseat to gain access to the pump wiring and checked the wires. When I turn the key, sometimes I’ll get 12.34 volts and the pump runs, then after a few secs the voltage drops to 10.8 volts and I can no longer hear the pump. Even with no load on the wiring harness ( disconnected from pump) the voltage still drops to 10v. Sometimes when I turn the key on it stays at 10v and the pump doesn’t run. I thought this was a pump issue at first so I replaced the fuel pump with and expensive name brand.

Has anyone else experienced this. Also does anyone have wiring diagrams for this car? All the diagrams online cost money to view.
