2012 Chrysler 200 Converible

Any ideas on how to remove headrest? The seatbelt is around the headrest and it is locked.

Was the vehicle in an accident? An accident can cause the retractor to lock up.

I would suggest posting your problem on the '200forums.com' site. One of the contributors has access to the factory diagnostic procedures for many issues. I believe he and others will be able to assist in determining the problem and coming up with a solution.
