2014 Chrysler 200 2.4L Wont Start

I have a 2014 Chrysler 200 4cyl, recently it’s been acting rough on startup and then it would be normal, now I go to turn it on and it makes a whining noise, any ideas? Thank you

Have you checked for codes yet? You can buy a simple scanner for under $20

What is the age/condition of the battery? If original, definitely should be replaced. Be certain the battery cable connections are clean and secure.

May be be beneficial to have battery tested.
