2016 Chrysler 200 sub 5 second 0-60 possible?

2016 Chrysler 200 sub 5 second 0-60 possible?
This was with about 1/8 of a tank of regular gas no e85 with 2 passengers and uphill about 3/4 of the way through STOCK
has anyone gotten a lower 0-60? Flat grade, e85, no passengers is all i can think to cut down this time, but tell me what yall think.
